Spotless accommodation, absolutely kind staff at all times. Spotless and large rooms with a huge balcony and a gorgeous view, for instance, private parking. Favourable and stunning location, an easy walk to everywhere: D

The hotel is a great value for the money. The family run hotel is very well located, and the owners make you feel at home. A short walk to Amalfi and bus service right at the door. Great place. Highly recommend it.

What a fantastic location! The view from the rooms is stunning. A friendly welcome and and throughout the stay the staff cannot do enough to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Beautiful roof top to enjoy a drink and appreciate the views of the sea and mountains.A Lovely walk into Amalfi and Amalfi itself is a delight to stroll around and enjoy a meal in one of the varied restaurants.

This is a family run hotel that makes a real effort to welcome you. They provided good information about how to get around and assisted in recommending and booking excursions. They spoke excellent English. The evening meal was homemade local cooking and was always delicious and was also well priced. There was a choice of 2 set menus but they would cook something else if that didn't suit. The hotel was spotlessly clean with modern comfortable furnishing. We had a small balcony with a view of the sea and access to a terrace surrounded by lemon groves
we did not dislike anything. We would have liked internet access athough the family would look up information if asked.

Hotel staff was very helpful and knew the area well. Was very accessible to Amalfi by bus... Can walk there as well, but is a hair-raising 30 minutes along the narrow and windy Amalfi coast road way! Lemon grove on top of the hotel adds a nice charm to the overall feel. Room had a balcony with an ocean view, which I didn't even know about! Pictures of the room don't quite do the overall experience justice. Breakfast that was included with the room was very nice, and fresh cappuccino and espresso was always on hand and free!
Only thing is the phone booth sized shower, but I believe this is the norm for the area.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and we were well taken care of. The walk to town was about 25-30min, but was pleasant and downhill. The busses were a little unreliable, but were a convenient way to travel up and down the coast.

I'd read good things about this hotel, and they were all true. The owners and staff are very accomodating. The room was quite large by European standards with a full bath. The local bus stops at the hotel door. The location is a bit out of the way, but still within walking distance of downtown Amalfi, if somewhat nerve wracking because of the traffic. It's excellent value for the money.

The hotel is further out of Amalfi town than I thought (30min walk) and is on a very busy road (the main coast road) so be prepared for traffic noise, but then you have a side view of the sea . Rooms are good sized and clean as are bathrooms. Breakfast room is a bit dark and breakfast is average, but lemon garden on 4th floor is nice.
Traffic noise is definitely an issue and we stayed off season. 10E extra for parking the car in their carpark is also a bit cheeky. Quite a long walk to town but there is a bus that stops outside the room (2.40e one way)
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
